Raphael PROZENKO

Raphael started at Arbalett as a trainee. For years, he has always wanted to work in the IT field. Very quickly he took his marks and became an exceptional recruiter in the world of Developers.

Nevertheless, it has not been always easy for Raphael, who had to show some courage, self-sacrifice and motivation by redoubling his efforts to settle in the market.

With his experience, Raphael wants to bring transparency, honesty and dedication towards each of his partners; candidates and clients.

No need to say that Raphael is genuinely the perfect proof of resilience.

Slim joined the family Arbalett as he always has been part of it. He directly agreed with the values and the objectives of the company.

Gregory started his career in the recruitment for the construction and is still ruling the market.
