Our client, a rapidly growing SME with ambitious expansion plans, is looking for an Accounting Officer to support its development.

As an Accounting Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s financial and accounting activities. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing general accounting: recording transactions, monitoring payments, bank reconciliations, and handling tax declarations;
• Assisting with monthly and annual closings: preparing financial statements, account reconciliation, and supporting audits;
• Collaborating with different departments: ensuring accurate financial tracking and facilitating smooth communication;
• Contributing to the company’s structuring: assisting in improving and optimizing accounting processes.

• Experience: At least 2 years in accounting, ideally within a company or an audit firm;
• Languages: Fluent English is essential (both written and spoken); German is a plus;
• Personality: Structured, methodical, and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to a changing environment;
• Skills: Proficiency in accounting tools and software, analytical mindset, and strong attention to detail.
