Corporate Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Lawyer with 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate law to join a dynamic and socially engaged legal team based in Leuven.

• Providing legal support to non-profit organizations, social enterprises, and impact investors.
• Handling diverse legal issues including associations, foundations, impact investment funds, and corporate governance.
• Drafting high-quality legal documents and advising on complex legal challenges.

• Educational Excellence: Law degree with distinction or higher; all bar exams successfully completed.
• Language Skills: Dutch as mother tongue, fluent in English (oral and written), good knowledge of  French is a plus.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven expertise in corporate law. Experience in non-profit law is a plus.
• Personal Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent written communication, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset.
