ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are supporting an international industrial group recognized for its technical expertise, innovation and strong European presence.
As part of the continued development of its Belgian operations, we are looking for an experienced:
HR Business Partner Manager
who will support two industrial production sites located in Flanders.
Reporting directly to the local Managing Director while maintaining a strong functional relationship with the International HR Director, you will play a key role in supporting business growth through strategic and operational HR leadership.

Your mission is to develop and implement an HR strategy that supports both business performance and employee development.
You will act as a genuine business partner for local management while ensuring operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will cover:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic HR Business Partner
Partner closely with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on organizational and people-related challenges.
Support workforce planning and organizational development.
Drive leadership development and managerial excellence.
Talent Acquisition & Talent Development
Lead recruitment activities for key positions.
Support managers throughout the recruitment, onboarding and integration process.
Develop succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Implement learning and development programs.
Coordinate annual performance management processes.
HR Strategy & Organizational Development
Develop and deploy HR initiatives supporting business transformation.
Standardize HR policies and practices across both Belgian sites.
Lead organizational change initiatives.
Continuously improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
Define and monitor HR KPIs while recommending improvement actions.
Payroll, Compensation & HR Administration
Supervise payroll and personnel administration together with internal specialists.
Ensure compliance with Belgian labour legislation.
Support salary review processes and compensation policies.
Participate in HR budgeting and workforce planning.
Monitor employee benefits and HR governance.
Employee Relations
Build trusted relationships with employees, managers and stakeholders.
Support constructive social dialogue.
Manage complex employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
Promote a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
HR Projects
Lead cross-functional HR initiatives such as:
Education
Master's degree in Human Resources, Labour Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration or an equivalent discipline.
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
Previous experience as:
Experience within an industrial and international environment is highly desirable.
Experience working in a matrix organization is considered a significant advantage.
