HR Legal & Social Expert

Our client, a leading international company in the transport sector, is looking for an HR Social & Legal Expert to support their team in Belgium within a dynamic and transformational environment.

• Provide advice on individual and collective labor law, including the management of employment contracts, terminations, and leave policies.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies in Belgium and offer consultative support on social law issues.
• Facilitate relationships with employee representative bodies and organize social elections.
• Lead organizational transformation and international mobility projects, with a focus on cross-border contracts.
• Train HR teams on legislative developments to ensure ongoing compliance.

• Master’s degree in law, ideally specialized in social law, with solid in-house experience (min 6 years).
• Proven expertise in Belgian social law with an openness to international issues.
• Trilingual in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrated ability to manage strategic HR projects in a multicultural and transformative environment.
• Adaptable, autonomous personality with a strong team spirit and collaboration skills.
