Project manager - new product introduction - food industry

On behalf of an international company in the food manufacturing industry, we are looking for a New Product Innovation (NPI) Project Manager.

You will work closely with 3 others project managers in a dynamic environment.

• Lead projects from concept through to commercial launch.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and key deliverables in collaboration with project sponsors.
• Manage a portfolio of +20 projects of varying complexity while ensuring priorities and resources are effectively aligned.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, R&D, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales.
• Facilitate project meetings and Stage-Gate reviews, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and senior management.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while managing change requests and ensuring successful project delivery.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Science, or a related field
• Min 2–3 years of experience in project management
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Comfortable working in an international, cross-functional environment
• CAPM or PMP certification is a plus
