Safety Manager / CP1 - multi sites industriels

For one of our clients, an international manufacturing company, we are seeking a Senior Safety Manager/CP1. Your role will be to oversee the safety strategy across multiple production sites. You will be responsible for leading several EHS managers.

You will join a stable organization with a positive work environment. The company has more than 2,000 employees.

You will report to the group’s executive management.

• Lead the Division’s prevention policy and implement related projects;
• Collaborate with various departments to optimize safety procedures;
• Contribute to the development of a safety, health, and environmental culture through initiatives led and carried out at the sites;
• Monitor and keep abreast of regulations relevant to the plant’s areas of operation and ensure the implementation of new legislation.
• Oversee mandatory safety measurements and inspections, as well as the work equipment with applicable standards and regulations;
• Contribute to the development and/or delivery of safety training.

• Hold a Level 1 Safety Advisor certification.
• Have proven experience working as EHS manager in an industrial setting.
• Leadership skills, you already managed several teams in a manufacturing company
• Synthesis skills, you enjoy managing technical and socio-technical projects.
• Coordination skills, as well as your leadership and communication skills in raising awareness.
• Fluent in French & English, dutch is a plus
