Our client, a highly regarded boutique law firm in Belgium, is seeking a Senior EU Competition Lawyer to join their dynamic and collaborative team. As a Senior EU Competition Lawyer, you will assist clients across a wide range of legal matters, including:

• Antitrust investigations;
• EU litigation;
• Merger control;
• Other competition law-related matters.

You will work closely with prominent national and multinational companies, navigating complex issues with a pragmatic and client-focused approach.

• Education: You hold a Belgian Master’s degree in law (with excellent academic results). An additional Master’s degree specializing in EU and competition law is an asset.
• Experience: You have 4 to 9 years of demonstrable experience in EU competition law, gained in a law firm, the legal department of a multinational corporation, or an academic role.
• Skills:
• Strong expertise in EU and competition law, with the ability to handle complex matters.
• Hands-on and pragmatic, delivering high-quality work while addressing client needs.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
