About the Opportunity :
We are supporting an international industrial group recognized for its technical expertise, innovation and strong European presence.
As part of the continued development of its Belgian operations, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner Manager who will support two industrial production sites located in Flanders.
Reporting directly to the local Managing Director while maintaining a strong functional relationship with the National HR Director, you will play a key role in supporting business growth through strategic and operational HR leadership.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, international and matrix organization where autonomy, continuous improvement and collaboration are highly valued.
Your Mission :
Your mission is to develop and implement an HR strategy that supports both business performance and employee development. You will act as a genuine business partner for local management while ensuring operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will cover: HR strategy, organizational development, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, labour law compliance, change management and HR process improvement.

Who we are looking ;
Education : Master's degree in Human Resources, Labour Sciences, Psychology, Business Administration or an equivalent discipline.
Experience : Minimum 10 years in Human Resources, previously as HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Senior HR Generalist. Experience within an industrial and international environment is highly desirable; experience in a matrix organization is a significant advantage.
Required skills : Strong expertise in Belgian labour law, proven HR Business Partner experience, talent acquisition and talent management expertise, employee relations experience, organizational change management, strong business acumen, excellent communication and influencing skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Languages : Dutch (fluent or native), French (fluent), English (professional working proficiency).
