Senior Legal Counsel - Up to 4 days of homeworking

Our client, an influential and well-respected institution both nationally and internationally, is seeking a highly qualified expert/advisor in economic matters (economic law, corporate law, accounting law, etc.). This organization is dedicated to supporting its members in their professional practice through standardization initiatives, technical advice, and ongoing training.

As an expert/advisor, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing several specialized groups, particularly in the fields of Accountancy, Standards, Insolvency, and Sustainable Development.

You will be responsible for:

• Organizing, preparing, and coordinating the meetings of these groups, composed of experts, members of the institution, and actors from the academic world.
• Monitoring legislative, regulatory, and case law developments related to the covered areas.
• Drafting opinions, technical notes, and templates to support members in their daily practice.
• Attending internal and external meetings with national and international organizations.
• Contributing to the publication of documents for members and responding to their general inquiries.

• Master’s degree in law, economic law, or equivalent, with a specialization in economic matters.
• Proven experience in economic, corporate, or accounting law.
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and in a structured way.
• Good command of French or Dutch, with knowledge of the other language. English is a plus.
