Tax Manager

Lead tax strategy for a fast-growing international group - Ypres - up to €8,000/month

Our client, an international group active in a growing industrial sector, is looking for a Europe Tax Manager to lead its tax policy and compliance across Belgium and France.

Your mission :

Reporting to the International Tax Director, you become the go-to tax partner for the European Finance teams, working closely with external tax advisors and local tax authorities.

• Coordinate corporate income tax for Belgium and other European entities, and identify tax optimization opportunities.
• Manage VAT (Belgium and France filings, reconciliations, relations with tax authorities) and tax reporting for quarterly and annual closings, in line with US GAAP.
• Contribute to transfer pricing work, international tax reporting (including Form 5471), and support tax audits.
• Monitor regulatory developments (OECD, BEPS, Pillar Two) and advise Finance teams on tax matters.

What we're looking for :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, gained in an accounting firm and/or an international company.
• Solid grasp of corporate income tax and VAT; transfer pricing and US GAAP (ASC 740) knowledge are assets.
• Fluent Dutch and English; analytical, rigorous and autonomous.
